Ordered item and it wasn’t delivered, refusing refund with bo evidence of item being deliveredx DO NOT USE them, not worth the hassle use a company that care about there customers

Sent wrong items out, different product to what was advertised so fault lies completely with them as false advertising, they refused to replace as I had to open the packet to take a photo proof that they sent the wrong item, we threatened legal action and they finally backed down after several days and countless emails back and forth. They still charged postage but we’ve wasted far too much time getting the refund so just let that go. Awful company and useless customer service, will never be buying from here again.

I made a purchase from this company and received an unexpected text message with a 10% discount code. The message asked me to reply to 60064 to opt out, so I sent two texts - one saying STOP and the other with MMSTOP as instructed. To my surprise, I was billed for both of these texts in the following month. It seems like they were attempting to extort money from me by falsely claiming the need to stop the messages. Such fraudulent activity demonstrates the company's dishonesty and mistreatment of its customers.

Won't use them again!

Spent hundreds with them over the past couple of years. We ordered 3 items this time and only 2 arrived. Phoned them and they said it was definitely packed and sent to us and they have cctv so I asked for the proof but they said they were not allowed to show me that! They told me to phone trading standards and make a complaint... what a joke.

Clearly someone is steeling from the company and the management won't do anything about it.

I will keep on leaving these reviews on all social media groups until this gets resolved.

My parcel from Mainline Menswear was firstly due on and paid for a next day delivery which it wasn’t , it was then left in my recycling bin (which was in fact out for collection to be emptied ) their driver from their delivery firm DPD deeming this a safe place to leave my parcel!! This happened on the 22nd December and was a Christmas gift. My bin was emptied with the parcel inside ! It is now February and I still haven’t received my refund or a replacement item. Instead I have been expected to wait over 6 almost 7 weeks with no resolution. To have my emails ignored now on two separate occasions by mainlines menswear and my claim of no goods received via Clearpay also ignored and not even responded to while also now removing any negative review I have left on their Social media pages and have blocked me from Facebook and Instagram- clearly the actions of a innocent company eh … just Shocking !!

Fake clothes with ironed on logos do not waste your money on this crap

Bought some Ralph Lauren shorts in June last year. They were too big so return them using the label they sent. The post office did not issue a receipt as it was Covid. Claimed they never recieved. A week ago we got a delivery of said shorts and a note saying they cannot refund due to being out of return policy when we returned almost a year ago. Awful customer service especially as they must have held it for a year and the shorts were still in the original packaging, unworn and with labels.

SCAM COMPANY! ORDERED OVER 1K OF CLOTHES. CLAIMING IT WAS DELIVERED AND NOT RECIEVED! TOLD TO GO AND GET ADVICE FROM A 3RD PARTY. UNBELIEVABLE. TRADING STANDARDS GETTING CONTACTED!

A great shopping experience, I have bought many items from mainline, all excellent quality however as an exception, having to return socks they were so helpful, understanding, and swift to refund me - a great company to buy from - JD

Frequent buyer from your app I have always had a good experiance good delivery. Very professional looking in the bags they use, have had some good bargains on here the app is nice and slick to useWould recommend mainline to people looking for designer gear at a cheaper price

Returned 3 items. 2 cheap t shirts and 1 expensive jumper. First of all they denied receiving the return. Then after 2 weeks They refunded the t shirt but are saying the jumper was not in the bag and that they won’t send the cctv of the parcel being opened unless I instruct a third party. Out of pocket a Hugo boss jumper. Stay clear of this company.

I was sceptical about purchasing from this website at first due to the bad reviews in regards to fake/damaged clothing however now I have purchased an item myself I can see these reviews are not truthful! I was kept updated in regards to where my parcel was at all time, the parcel turned up well presented and wrapped, the item was perfectly sealed too. I checked the authenticity of the item on the main brands website and the item is authentic. I would recommend this website to all as they are always doing great deals which is good for those wanting to buy designer stuff slightly cheaper.
